Perret Aime 1847-1927
Aime Perret was a painter of genre scenes, landscapes, landscapes with figures and still life. A pupil of Joseph Guichard, Antoine Vollon and studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Lyon. He first exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Francais in 1869 where he won numerous awards. He was a founder of the Societe Nationale des Beaux-Arts. His work can be seen in galleries throughtout Europe.
