Graham - Antony Graham (1828-1908)

Antony Graham (1828-1908). Landscape painter in oil, normally on a small scale with fine brush work. He was son of William Graham of Alnwick a carrier between Alnwick and Newcastle before the railways. He was drawing master at Rev Cannon Moores School in Alnmouth and was well known for his landscape and coastal works. He painted several views of castles including Alnwick, Warkworth and Bamburgh.
