Rogers - William P Rogers (fl1846-1872)
William P. Rogers (fl.1846-1872) was an Irish artist who is best known for his landscape and coastal subjects. Rogers studied art at the Royal Dublin Society’s Drawing School, winning prizes there in 1850 and 1852. He exhibited at the Royal Hibernian Academy in Dublin between 1848-1872, mostly of Wicklow and Wexford scenes, including two Scenes in the County of Wexford.
