Charles Wyatt Warren was born in Caernavon, Wales in 1908. Similar in style to the leading artist of the Welsh School, Sir Kyffin Williams.

He worked for Caernafornshire County Council, and was the founder of Caernavon Art Club and became a prolific landscape painter.
