Hubert Thornley and William Thornley (19th Century). Painters of coastal scenes so it is thought that they may have been in the same family or even the same artist. Although, neither have exhibited in London, their fishing scenes are spirited and similar in style to those of Jock Wilson. They frequently appear on the London art market. Both artists frequently painted their pictures in pairs.
