Lionel Crawshaw - Lionel Townsend Crawshaw (Exh. 1905-40). Painter and etcher. Qualified as a solicitor before taking up art. Studied in Dusseldorf, Karlsruhe and Paris. He became member of the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Water Colours in 1923. Address Doncaster 1905; Edinburgh 1925; Whitby, Yorks. 1932; Droitwich. Worcs. 1938.
